      I have been working here since November 2011 and I am very lucky to be part of such company.The best thing is Maersk is full freedom,no autonomy.I have seen many Indian companies have very strict policies and rules and regulation for employees.if there is such kind of restrictions,we can not enjoy our job in spite of having big salary.Maersk is very flexible and employee friendly company.

      Cons

      I just want to criticize internal team politics and favoritism.Be aware from gossips and dishonest people.Keep eye on every movement of such people.They will not allow to grow.Except all these, this company is best place to work.
