      Pros

      IF you are crazy about container shipping then probably the best place to be. "Used to have" great international exposure, personal development focus and value based leadership.. and also good work / life balance

      Cons

      Industry is structurally doomed to self destruct.. On top, management is all over and want to be everything for everyone Very frequent internal changes and turnover. No focus on expertise / execution / results. General lack of accountability - hot air / nice talk can get you very far in your career

      Individual responsibility; large Group - opportunity to develop yourself; good remuneration

      Cons

      Siloed thinking; individual responsibility --> lack of co-ordination and a lack of focus on best practice. Some parts of the organisation professional, others surprisingly amateurish.
