      Truly international exposure and excellent working culture. Opportunity to mobilize and work in different job rotations brings new learnings and exposure. Open door policy and empowerment at all the levels is the best thing about working with the company. Sky is the limit for the talented people to grow.

      Pros

      international with a very strong name which is degrading every year.

      Cons

      No job security with alot of offshoring. Not professional promotions wise. Employees are not taken care of. managements are groupies and not objective in their judgement. payments and bosunes are decreasing every year.
