      Plenty of room to move around... but hard to really perform

      Pros

      Big company, it's everywhere... you can relocate easily and move around the globe. Part of the group, with other biz units that actually make money. :)

      Cons

      Full of generalists - people move too fast to specialize and this is due to the company's history of specifically hiring dominant-profiled people who are very ambitious and get bored of monotony fast.

      Premises not maintained properly, no career growth, Interview process took more than 3 months, Appraisal is not done as per the achievement made, Transport is not good but its free so have to live with it
