      Pros

      It is a place where great learning opportunities exist every day. Maersk is the world's leading shipping company and it offers the best practices in the industry

      Cons

      Development and advancement in one's career tend to become stagnant after some years (about 6). In the beginning, growth is very fast, and one can grow a lot from an analyst entry level position to a manager position. Afterwards, it is hard to keep on growing

      Pros

      Now that most of the layoffs are over and profits are back, things are OK here. They are still cutting a a few jobs but it should be less dangerous to work here, at least for a while.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. Management is good, but needs to do a better job of communicating to employees. A lot of the personal things they used to do are gone and morale needs help.
