      Shipping Giant hence working here improves face value of your CV. Systems driven organization hence maximum exposure to systems

      Cons

      at the time of job cuttings, maximum jobs are lost at lower level hence constant insecurity in minds of middle and lower level employees. Indifference towards employees, human factor not taken care or considered carefully. they teach Maersk way of handling shipping operations and hence people after leaving Maerskline find it difficult to adjust to any other company with similar operations
