      Paycheck and some decent colleagues,

      New Managers from other countries that have never even been team leads before. They do not know systems or even logistics. Their managers that continue to support their ineptness even while teams are falling apart and exiting teams at alarming rates. Colleagues that bully and lie are being promoted all while touting DEI!!!

      The pay is much higher than most.

      Cons

      The company is still trying to figure out how to navigate their acquisitions in the US. Lack of implementation, and continues to change job descriptions as they please.

      Working for Maersk was stressful and not worth it in the long run there's a lot of back stabbing and people not taking blame for their own mistakes
