      Pros

      Remote/hybrid flexible work environment with people team.

      Cons

      They will fool you with the global presence. Benefits are awful and super expensive for the United States employees. People Partners have an unreasonable amount of work it's so large you can never get ahead. No best practices and very weak polices and procedure. It's a constant guessing game! Weak HR Managers (they are not leaders). Constant hiring freezes and reductions in force. You're are just a number, not employee friendly at all. Very weak management.

      Competitive pay & benefits. The swag gifts given to employees are cool.

      Cons

      Company clicks, favoritism, racial discrimination when promoting employees. Managers are a joke & only there to collect a check. They lack the knowledge to help with the department & will use their employees hard work & expertise to make themselves appear knowledgeable. Not many minorities in leadership roles. Lack of communication to employees. They expect their finance employees to work their butts off & not show any type of appreciation. In the last two years they have implemented 3 new finance systems that caused more work on top of an already heavy workload & did not provide proper training & support. Employees are expected to "figure it out". Maybe other departments are better but I would NOT recommend any job within the finance department EVER!!!

      Very smart group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Company no longer cares for employees. Poor pay compaired to competition. Very complex processes and to lean of an organization in terms of employees that customers are not taken care of.
