Massive growth potential Good benefits Good pay with bonuses I greatly enjoy this companies strive to continue and add new initiatives around the world to help people in need. Maersk is a huge supporter of cleaning our oceans.

Cons

Constantly changing top management and direction No process alignment from all the brands Fractured communication from other brands At any point the company will offshore an entire department from the USA.

Great benefits. Very large company.

Cons

If they buy out your company. Be careful. They do not mind doing layoffs whatsoever. They will act like they are not doing them though. Bad management in some areas at least. Human Resourcea and operations are too closely tied.
