Business priorities are unclear; teams are told to hire and then asked to cut headcount. Growth depends on who you know, not what you do—very relationship-driven, not merit-based. No real culture of learning or developing talent. Leadership focuses on quick fixes and random data churn instead of long-term strategy. If you join below JL5, expect to be treated like a task executor with little autonomy. No proper feedback culture, so career development feels stagnant.
