The company provided a strong platform for growth, exposure to diverse HRIS and Payroll technologies (Workday, ServiceNow, Apdata, HRSoft), and continuous improvement initiatives. I particularly valued the emphasis on compliance, operational excellence, and cross‑functional teamwork, which allowed me to expand my expertise and strengthen my global perspective.

      Cons

      While my overall experience was positive, my role was ultimately impacted by global layoffs. This was a company‑wide decision rather than performance‑related, and it marked the conclusion of my tenure. Although unexpected, the transition reinforced my adaptability and resilience, and I remain grateful for the professional development and opportunities I gained during my time at Maersk.
