      Great Company But Definite Growing Pains Locally

      Good pay and benefits. Room for growth

      Cons

      The company is growing too fast where I'm at locally. They can't even keep up with how many warehouses they are opening at a time and is definitely causing growing pains and confusion. The upside of this is there's also been really good opportunities for promotions but that also means that people were promoted before they knew what they were doing.
