chill management great pay good hours

majority are thru agency. empty promises of “being hired real soon” then a slap in the face when they hire a stranger onto the company and “oopsie”. management says we need to be patient just how they were. it took them 7 years to get hired thru the company a lot of favoritism. you will not grow here unless you’re apart of a group of ppl that are friends since high school
