Beware of few bootlicker team members / managers. Bootlicker team/members can through you under the bus to present themselves as a good employees. Bootlicker managers can treat you like anything to score their "manager points" in front of higher management. Make sure your manager is knowledgeable one in your domain, not just one who takes a lot, does nothing and pretends as if they know everything
