Pros
It's a job, employment. A place that pays the bills. Otherwise, the company is greedy, selfish, arrogant. All of the qualities of a "MAN" tech company. Only go here if you can't find a job anywhere else. Just use this place like they use you; to get to a better position in life. Get in, and get out as fast as you can.
Cons
They were bad when I left in 2013. I hear that they are much, much worse now. Your 'vacation' time is your sick leave. That's a real joke. They are only concerned about their 'customer' opinions, not the employees. They are just like a 19th-century coal mine. Pay the workers almost nothing and profit hugely on the broken-backs of those who do the work. Don't expect raises, promotions, or anything else that should happen in a twenty-first century company. And, DON'T expect gender eqality here, either. All woman I've seen are paid less. I asked them. They get shoved into demeaning roles. STAY AWAY. Worst sweat shop ever. They have no morals, only do the minimum to keep their 'customer' happy. Wouldn't be surpriesd if the next Edward Snowden came from Man teck.
