Pros
Benefits are okay, the job was okay. No job advancement in Los Angeles.
Cons
Working in Los Angeles, no HR support locally. Everything is based on east coast time, had a hard time reaching out for any assistance. Raises are not great. Bigger companies give better raises. Too many upper management changes; never knew who was in charge. Big turnover. The back east management really never knew who the west coast workers were. No communication to speak of. I would not work for ManTech again.
