      Pros

      The overall environment is good, professional, and straight forward. The people I worked with were all great.

      Cons

      The biggest issue I had with the project I was assigned was it ran into contract issues and we got laid off for three weeks....without pay. It's the number one reason I left for a different job.

      Pros

      It's a job - big Gov't Contractor. Pretty much a cannon fodder body shop like lots of other big corporations. Worldwide - every contract is different

      Cons

      If your client has money from congress great. Mantech is just a pass through. A good Govt POC means a good job. Mantech does not protect the end worker. Benifits minimum they can get away with. Some contracts don't have all holidays included. Ask about your specific contract - your coworker may have a different deal.
