      Pros

      Benefits for reservists, decent pay when coming in from the outside. Plenty of training opportunities.

      Cons

      Internal raises get terrible salary compensation. You feel like a number, not a person.

      Pros

      Casual attire permitted on site. Short commute distance to work. Some employees make the job worthwhile.

      Cons

      Corruption, favoritism, and lack of integrity throughout management. Good ole boy network. Mediocre work environment and facilities. Serious differences in pay for same work. If your resume gets the company money, you can pretty much get away with anything including not knowing how to do your job or creating a hostile work environment for everyone else who may still maintain a decent work ethic.
