      Great Company Overall

      Pros

      I worked for the company for over 6 years and I was able to move to different positions and increase my skill set. They paid for me to relocate to three other locations and there were no issues with relocation, being young and the company not having anyone at the other two locations, they managed to ensure I was taken care of, while I setup the new location and prepare the new teams. I always offered opportunities to grow and expand in my field, also to move up the in the ranks. This company valued hard working employees.

      There really weren't any cons during my employment.

      Normal isn't normal

      Pros

      It was a learning experience since getting out the military. They move slower at getting jobs complete. It give me a chance to catch on to the systems in place.

      Cons

      I believe a lot of management was put in place by friends. They didn't really fit the position knowledge and education. There were some questionable relationships.

      Some very smart and competent co-workers.

      Cons

      There is no charisma in executive management. Zero inspirational leaders. Zero energy and excitement in workplace. Seemingly irrational decisions made. Lack of accountability. Terrible flexibility in terms of ability to work some from home.
