      Competitive pay Program in place to retain employees on other available contracts when theirs is about to end Created a gym space for employees at our site

      Cons

      The transition was not smooth when they bought out my old company. My project was not affected by it that much. The HR department and most positions that are overhead had to deal with the nightmare of software changes with little to no prior training or insight before the cut over.
