      I had wonderful mentors that really took the time to show me the ropes and make sure that I was growing as a top performer. They taught me to speak with authority and confidence, and to really convey my personal analysis. I grew a lot in this position.

      Cons

      There were a lot of other contracting companies in the building at the time. Sometimes the atmosphere was tense and competitive, especially if we learned that another company would be competing for our contract through the grapevine.
