      Pros

      Not overly bureaucratic for a company of its size.

      Cons

      Continual cost cutting and staff reductions eventually results in poor work quality as the remaining overworked staff struggle to get the basic work done. Not a company concerned about attracting and retaining the best and brightest...most have left. Salary cuts and annual benefit cost increases beyond the norm.

      Pros

      The autonomy of the job is quite refreshing and the benefits are good. Experience largely dependent on your immediate supervisor.

      Cons

      Terrible senior level management. Revolving door policy for contracts which results in nearly zero vertical advancement. Corporate policy is to not rock the boat and if you do rock the boat with a product/project...you are on your own. Overtime expected.

      Pros

      Good team with very highly skilled professionals. They pay overtime on some contracts.

      Cons

      Offsite employees don't feel like part of the company. Upper management can be too far removed from the issues of the teams. When the contract ends, the company is basically done with you.
