      This company is full of good ol' boys and nepotism and sexists.

      Pros

      The benefits used to be good, but when they changed employees over to Service Contract Act (SCA) it ruined the benefits and took away the only reason for working there. There were no raises after that, but the government is to blame for that, also.

      Cons

      Horrible leadership, no values, the corporation does not care about its employees.

      Pros

      Decent administrative structure that supports employees. Pay is at or above market. Management treats employees as assets, not revenue streams. Excellent benefits.

      Cons

      As a prime or sub contractor, ManTech is limited by the local government client. Time consuming employee review system that adds very little value or weight to professional growth.

      Defense contracting division (Mission Support and Services) culture very much like that of their customers.

      Pros

      A large percentage of employees are former military so veterans will find a very familiar atmosphere. Not afraid of giving new employees important responsibilities. Better than average commitment to employee growth.

      Cons

      Definitely two classes of employees: Corporate - who are secure in their jobs and Contractors - who are jettisoned as soon as their government contract ends. Recruiting Managers and Human Resource department are not always in-synch - prospective employees should ensure everything is in writing and expect to reject the first couple offer letters as being to generic. Regardless of what anyone tells you, if you don't get it in writing you're not going to get it. Depending on which division you work for, vacation/paid holiday benefits are below average,
