VERY employee centric. Even as they are rapidly expanding, it still feels like the same small company I started with several years ago. Education Benefits. They will PAY FOR (not reimburse) a 4 year degree. Training. They are always willing to send employees to training courses. They absolutely believe in investing in their employees. Promote from within. They have an excellent program in place to help you find your next position within the company. If your contract is ending, they have a team that works with you to try to find you a new position within the company that meets your salary and career needs.
Cons
You are a contractor, so if you get a crappy customer there isn't much you can do other than try to change positions/locations.
