Friendly people, small company, easy to get experience working with well-known companies, decent pay and benefits, physical and business proximity to Microsoft, good opportunities for career advancement

Cons

Rigorous hours outside of office without extra pay, some teams and managers can be toxic, frequent long meetings, poor communication skills overall, nonexistent company culture
