You will get to learn a lot of technology. You can become a jack of all.

Cons

Deep knowledge of core concepts seems missing and blindly follows management decision without actually telling benefits of what they are doing and agreeing with most of them.

An employer who values each and every employee's contribution. Excellent place to learn and grow You have very good salary. Get to learn multiple technologies and platforms with plenty of opportunities Good company for anyone to start the career with amazing training facilities Always works on latest technologies. No bench system. Highly visible and transparent culture wherein you can interact with senior management at any time. Every day is a new challenge. Only thing required is the a person's attitude to learn I would recommend MAQ Software to everyone who wants to learn and grow.

Pros

Good for freshers, lot to learn as fresher Certification is must

Cons

Very Long working Hours. Horrible work culture. Seniors and freshers are treat alike. Sometimes even frssher is asked to lead a project and lead/manager have to report to him Employees are treated as slaves Management does not support its employees at all. One of the reasons why the company is never growing the way actually should grow in a period of 10 yrs.
