Latest technologies to learn and work on.

Very very long working hours.....by this I mean....you may have to work on 15th august or 26th january, No respect of employees, Very bad work environment, You may even feel like a big jungle. Out of 220 employees in hyderabad...only a handful are having job-ex of 2 yrs or more here....More than 80% of the employees have 0-1 yr of experience....If you seriously want a balanced professional life..never ever join this company...The good performers here are just like robots. They may even make you work for 24 hours at a streatch......Even the best employees have to work for more than 12 hrs a day...If you are a fresher and this company is there for campus recruitment....Go for TCS...or even IBM...because then you will have a balanced life....THINK 1000 times before joinig....

it's a small company, that's why everyone knows each other very well

Very Very high work pressure You get pay for what you do between 9 am to 6 pm, after that its your responsibility to finish your work (till 11-12 in midnight). Company will give think about u if ur overloaded with pressure. Very worst management, in fact no management in the company Environment is very hectic when you work, and no other way to release your work pressure, no facility for extra curricular activities..
