MAS has great opportunity for growth and there are always new things to learn. All of the teams are energetic and provide a fun work environment.

Pros

The company truly cares about its employees. The owners are genuine people who are trying to build their business the right way. They are open to suggestions and personal development. The culture is great as well, very energetic group. Everyone is willing to help each other.

Cons

Can't think of any! Really can't say enough good.
