      Pros

      The only thing is that you gain some experience. Company is growing Lots of Chinese people

      Cons

      0 work life balance if you are coming from a big company- dont even consider it no perks old dirty office with spiders people are here until 11 pm at night working some managers makes you come in on Saturdays There is no snow day- You will get written up if you dont show up because of a snow day even when there is a driving ban.

      Pros

      Company offers a good insurance and 401K package. Depending on the department you work for, you can gain some meaningful experience.

      Cons

      A lot of negative talk about the company which causes morale to be low. Extremely frugal in the way they operate and treat employees. The communication between departments is non-existent. The company is ran through one individual who makes all the decisions, which causes a ton of issues.

      Pros

      There is nothing good about that place. It is like working with a bunch of robotic, non educated, mannerless ignorant idiots!

      Cons

      Everything, there is nothing good about that freaky place! People are abusive. Bills do not get paid in a timely manner. The owners are completely clueless to how people are treated. Top management are a bunch of mean, ignorant clones of each other.
