      Pros

      They have a big kitchen.

      Cons

      All my co-workers did nothing but complain about some aspect of working there. Managers do not communicate with employees. Everything is your fault. Every time I went to supervisor with an issue, I felt like I was bothering her. No feedback on performance. I worked there for almost 2 years, never had a performance review, was never given any warnings about my performance, verbal or written, and was let go.

      Pros

      Nice mid level people to work with. Always new challenges to keep the job interesting.

      Cons

      Don't get the necessary tools to do your job. No training. No support. No opportunity to advance. Management style is to scream and curse. Everything is done as cheaply as possible.

      Good personal, although hampered with a fear based company culture.

      Cons

      Upper management is very difficult to work with. Departments are in silos, which deters from a team mentality. Management is quick to point fingers as opposed to be solution oriented. Very limited resources, a sink or swim mentality All in all a very unpleasant place to work
