Pros

Pay for gym membership now. 1st shift is from 6am-2pm. No demanding overtime.

Cons

Only 20 minute break. If worked 12 hours, you only get another 10 minute break. Not a lot of room for growth, poor management. pay rate is low compare to most company. It is getting stricter for 1st shift.

We have heard the response for more growth opportunities and we have launched a new program, “Next Level”, which clearly outlines a plan for growth for all of our distribution center employees. We have also increased the amount and quality of our management training, revised our tuition assistance program and increased compensation in our warehouses to ensure it is competitive in our markets. Everything will be a negative, and 20 word will not be enough to describe this disaster . Avoid this place except if you like prison
