Pros

You get to learn to work in a high stress environment where you may be fired any day.

Cons

So much. People here are expendable. You go home on Friday and come back Monday and learn your coworker has been let go and their replacement started Monday morning! No development or feedback of any kind. One coworker told me he was let go for "performance", but was never told this before he was fired. The Long Grove HQ is like a morgue. No talking or communicating. People working in fear they might lose their job at any time.

It is a stable company with an above average work environment. There doesn’t seem to be the standard caddy behavior amongst coworkers that you’d experience at other companies.

Cons

The maternity benefits are TERRIBLE. For a company this size they offer the bare minimum and little to no compensation. The building needs to be updated Most companies offer flexibility in hours, etc. This company has minimal flexibility at best.
