Pros

Decent benefits, decent promotion options. I have a good manager that does not fit into the category of most of the reviews on here.

Cons

There are some, but what company does not. Yes pay is substandard, and stress is high but again most companies are in this category lately. Training is not what it should be, there is no trainer that ensures what is learned before you are on your own.

There aren't too many. Associates are friendly, however, that's about it. Salary is lower than other companies. Benefits aren't that great. Standard for the industry.

Cons

Many...management is very unfriendly...unapproachable...Very demanding and unappreciative of what one does. Always wanting more.
