Unless you want to be yelled at, intimidated and berated by your leadership and treated like the bottom of your shoe, then this is the company for you. This company has no pros. It is a train wreck for those seeking a fulfilling career.

Cons

No training. No appreciation for hard work. Very demanding. Unstable leadership. Cheap. Lack of concern for OSHA standards. Don't want to grow with the industry, outdated technology, no career progression.

Some nice people. There aren't any other pros, it's not a "pro" kind of place! They made more parking spaces so I guess that is a pro!

Cons

Absolutely everything, I have been there for a while now and don't know a single person that is happy. Turnover is crazy, people are miserable. I think the one or two positive reviews have been written by the new "HR" people to help recruit for the huge amount of openings! Upper management is clueless and mean, the offices are a dump, the infrastructure is a joke and they continue to acquire more companies putting more and more pressure on the support staff.
