There are few positives. The interview process was easy and did not take long to go from interview to offer (three weeks, with government client approval).
Cons
Management: Non-existent. Do not expect guidance or direction, this firm leaves you entirely to the client's will. Pay/Benefits: Basic, lower salary for the industry. Growth: None. You are hired to staff a contract, there is virtually no room for growth or any way to even determine a growth path here.
