always work to do but always drilled for even a minute of over time.

Cons

Directors play favorites, pay is minimum wage and not worth how much work, pay barely increases, some have worked here for over 5 years and have new hires coming on with more pay, turnover is horrendous for a reason. Directors write off and charge things like birthday gifts for directors and director lunch outings regularly
