MBK Senior Living strives for perfection and professionalism. From day one that I was hired, they had a series of protocols that must be met in order for each employee to provide the best service to their residents.

Cons

Some of the staff who are not pulling their weight have a tendency to reflect negatively on the residents dining experiences and this in turn can make the team as a whole look unprofessional.
