Pros
Excellent leadership, creative, talented and hard working team. Amazing creations and the end product is awesome. Decent pay, but you will get dumped on with way more responsibility than first disclosed, with no raise or compensation adjustment, benefits are good, but costly. Tenure here is outstanding. Excellent growth potential....but be prepared to suck up for it.
Cons
Management allows a few toxic people to continue to poison the waters and treat others like garbage. Lack of respect is evident in those not in the "good ole boys club" and "clique." People generally are very nice, but as soon as some don't get their way....you can forget ever feeling at home here. Change is not accepted. Certain people walk on water. There could be 100 positive things about you and they will make sure to point out that one negative thing. If a key person does not like you....pack your bags.
