      Pros

      Significant push in allowing its workforce to grow within their roles. Longevity is very common with its employees, which is always a huge positive. Senior Management goes above and beyond to hear everyone’s values and work to ensure they’re incorporated in an immediate fashion.

      Cons

      The agency lifestyle may not be suitable for all with long hours, but the work ethic practices will speak volumes to management ensuring you don’t get burnt out.

      There are some cool people at this company.

      Cons

      Unorganized. Don't listen to their employees. Promote and protect their friends instead of listening to employee concerns. So many other companies who do the same thing, probably better picking one of those.
