Pros
There were many positives; exciting projects and clients, big events, and a decent comradery with your fellow home office colleagues. Many great people at the company with decades of industry knowledge.
Cons
Internal communications were terrible, actually non-existent. Colleagues in other offices would just disappear - terminated in the middle of projects without notice. Leadership is severely lacking, with a bit of an east coast old-boys club mentality that is dominant. If you're not an insider your ability to elevate is restricted. No bonuses or raises in years -- even though the economy prior to the pandemic was raging -- so negotiate up front when you consider the job. More of a sales driven business and caters to that group exclusively, which is a real shame considering the product.
