      Pros

      pros....if you work in the trade show industry. There is a slight handful of people that are worth being there if you are in sales or finance.

      Cons

      With this all male board lets see...they exhume a lack of foresight, lack of insight, hiring bandaids over old guy wounds, racism, sexual harassment, unprofessionalism amongst some senior levels. Bought by a european company that is tanking and selling off its dead weight.

      Old boy nepotism. Claim growth strategy with small-town thinking. Lack of leadership.
