Pros

Decent breakroom concessions, good amount of days off if overtime isn't being forced, some coworkers are easy to work with.

Cons

Can't leave the building for lunch, many stupid safety rules enforced like tucking your shirt in your pants (seriously?) and wearing earplugs and safety glasses when at times unnecessary. Company will not ever do anything for it's employees like free lunches and company events. Hourly pays are poverty wages and raises are non existent. If you do ever get one, expect about 25 cents. Most people on the floor work 12 hour days yet holidays pay out for only 8 hours. Absolutely no opportunity for growth or advancement. They will promise you opportunities learning new machines and getting a dollar pay bump but never follow through once you start working here. You'll stay right where you start. They'll say they do on the spots up to 100 dollars can be given out by managers to anyone but most managers pretend they don't exist and never give out any. Management in general is extremely toxic. Micromanagement from them is out of control, there is not an ounce of trust in the operators. They want to see footage and that's all they care about. Heard the Digital manager here tell someone "If you don't like it, there's the door" toxic and childish attitude coming from a department leader. Turnover rate here is shocking yet no one is surprised. I've seen first hand people getting fired without any writeups or reasons. Almost all new people training new people. HR is there to protect Multicolor from the employees, instead of the other way around. If you go asking for help you'll get the run around, just so you'll get out of their office. MCC is built on greed, lies, exploitation, and deception. Do not let them fool you.
