I like working for MCC so far they kind of let me do my own thing as long as u get a lot done in a day
Pros
My manager Steve is great he helps me when I am stumped on something and explains it to me so it sticks. I have learned things pretty quickly and they have so far worked with me with my health issues. As long as I perform at my best which I expect to do for them things I believe will be just fine.
Cons
The only real thing I don't like is the point system for things that count against you that you cannot help. Like being very sick. Having a doctors not and still getting a point. In a year it adds up. Especially for someone like me. It's hard to find good workers. Who care about the company they work for and would hate for anyone to be fired for being sick with health issues or anything that is real and not just a vacation for them to be fired if they are good workers over points.
