Benefits package is alright and pay isn't bad.

Cons

Weak leadership, stab in the back mentality, high turnover, career progression...the list goes on. MCC is a privately owned company and only cares about the bottom line. The private equity companies that continue to buy them will do whatever it takes to make money quickly and sell to the next company. This is most evident in the company culture. You're just a dollar sign to someone trying to make a quick buck, and individual well being is an additional cost that will cut into profit margin.

Upper management listens to no one, zero preventative maintenance or training, everyone gets the same raise leading people to do bare minimum, high turnover, and awful benefits.

In terms of recruiting, we are working hard to ensure that we have a culture where employees receive the right training to be successful and opportunity to advance.
