      Good to learn, really busy (México facility)

      Pros

      -The director of the plant was really humane -The operations manager and the team was flexible -It is a good place to learn, since they give you responsibilities -Worker benefits are really good (in Mexico)

      Cons

      -People is always to busy to attend transcendent projects, only doing day to day responsibilities. -Many things are left for "tomorrow".

      Pros

      Really great benefits package with a short waiting period. Lots of potential for advancement. The people are great.

      Cons

      In any factory work position, standing on your feet the entire shift can be hard. Morale can get low when co-workers call in.
