Pros

Great opportunities to grow with the company as it continues to expand and become the leading player in the label market. The people that work there, from the employees to the managers are extremely nice and considerate. The values here are top notch too.

Cons

Outdated policies in terms of HR, but that is being worked on and updated to fit modern jobs.

Life/work balance could be improved. I believe they are making strides to improve this with distributing the workload more evenly.

Good place to work and improve yourself . A bit stressful sometimes but overall a good place to work. The management is very helpful too. Good place to start with your career .Working hours are bit long and stressful.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your MCC experience. I'm pleased to share that in the last two years we have seen no increases (and in some case decreases) in the cost of benefits at our US plants! In the US we've also added a fitness facility reimbursement and modified our vacation accrual timeframes so that employees can accrue an extra week of vacation in less time than before. On a Global scale, we're working hard to provide benefits at or above the competition! From your feedback and others' we know how important benefits are, so this has been a big focus of ours and we're pleased with the progress we've made.
