Pros

The software won't let me say "none", that's my answer. This is an old Printing Company, an Industry in decline.

Cons

House of cards, owned by a holding company that wants to sell it as a big company for hundreds of millions of dollars. That will never happen, they will probably have to break it up and sell the pieces, a lot of people will loose their jobs.

Pros

I really respect the five core company values of Multi-Color Corporation (Integrity, Passion, Creativity, Perseverance, and Achievement). The people that I work with are always willing to help and are genuinely invested and engaged in making MCC a fun and productive place to work.

Cons

No cons so far. Every day is enjoyable and I really like what I am doing. I feel like I am really contributing to the success of my company and really respect the people that I work with and for.

Pros

The company really likes to promote from within. While my employment at MCC I worked my way up in positions. They pay for your knowledge, so the more you can operate the more $$$ in your pocket. they work extremely well insuring you work in a safe and secure manner. The company has many perks from competitive pay, 401k, 2 weeks without waiting a year for vacation, and the ability to have your voice heard.

Cons

I believe the biggest challenge with the company is that they are growing a lot faster then they can handle, and thus more new employees in the door with less experience. New employees with no experience means more bad product. Yes growing is good for a company but on the back side you need to make sure you are covered and have the associates to handle the work!
