Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your MCC experience. I'm pleased to share that in the last two years we have seen no increases (and in some case decreases) in the cost of benefits at our US plants! In the US we've also added a fitness facility reimbursement and modified our vacation accrual timeframes so that employees can accrue an extra week of vacation in less time than before. On a Global scale, we're working hard to provide benefits at or above the competition! From your feedback and others' we know how important benefits are, so this has been a big focus of ours and we're pleased with the progress we've made.
