Pros

Management are empathetic, understanding, and knowledgeable for the most part. They're flexible with issues so long as you're honest, and coworkers are nice, welcoming, and helpful.

Cons

Promises are never kept, management seems to sometimes try to undermine employment rights like ADA compliance or at least push you to ignore it and will hold upward momentum over your head as an unreachable carrot. HR is outsourced, don't expect them to be reachable. Pay is not competitive.
