Pros

M.D. Anderson is in Houston's medical center area where as a scientist one can cooprate not only inside the institution but also outside the institution, such as Baylor college of Medicine, HSC at houston, UT medical branch, Rice University.

Cons

As a researcher, one need to cooperate within and outside the institue. Some time outside coopration save lots of time and efforts. Most of the cases P.I. took that initiative. The fellow set behind.

Pros

The MD Anderson cancer center is ranked No 1 place for biomedical postdoc fellow. Benefit is better than most research orgnazations. People are nice. Lots of seminars and career development training workshops going on in the campus.

Cons

Salary is not fair for postdoc fellows considering time, enegy and effort you spend. But, that is true for any biomedical postdoc in the world.
